PODCAST WORK

The Eggnana Podcast
The Eggnana Podcast is a 30 minute interview series that's released bi-weekly on Fridays where I chat with influential people in the Asian American community. I want to spotlight our successes and challenges as well as share our beloved and esoteric stories.

Guests have included Wilson Tang of Nom Wah Tea Parlour, actor Leo Sheng of The L-Word Generation Q, global best selling author Jenny Witterick and actor Chase Tang of Netflix’s Jupiter’s Legacy.

Cross-Chain Examination (Season 1)
Cross-Chain Examination, hosted by Archetype’s Katherine Wu, is an inclusive and friendly place for 102-level web3/crypto content. For the pilot season, Katherine and I developed the show from concept to publication. I produced and edited all the audio and video episodes. I also designed the social and marketing assets.

The Globe and Mail’s Stress Test (Season 4)
I produced and scripted season 4 of the Globe and Mail’s Stress Test, a personal finance podcast for Gen Z and Millennials. During the season, I mentored an associate producer and worked cross-functionally with an executive producer, two hosts and sound engineer.

Season 4 won two awards: Portfolio Management Association of Canada’s award for Excellence in Investment Journalism in 2022 and a Gold for Audio or Visual storytelling from the Canadian chapter of the Society for Advancing Business Editing and Writing in 2021. (for the episode “Cryptocurrencies are booming: But should you invest?”)

Know What You See (Season 1,2)
In partnership with PRX Productions, Professor Brian Lowery from the Stanford Graduate School of Business “talks to people about their experiences with the social forces framing our world” with Know What You See. Season 1 focused on race and power. Season 2 explores the future of work.

Race At Work (Season 1)
Race at Work is a new from the HBR Presents podcast network: a show about the role race plays in our careers and lives. This was a soup to nuts position for me, where alongside the host and a producer from HBR, we launched “Race at Work with Porter Braswell” on the HBR Presents podcast network from conception to launch in five weeks. I developed, produced and edited the show, while coaching a new host.

Race at Work’s first season has featured candid conversations with leaders like Edith Cooper (former CHRO at Goldman Sachs, current board member at Slack and Etsy), Antonio Delgado (US Congressman from NYC), Deborah Yeh (Sephora’s CMO) and Ed Bastian (Delta’s CEO), among others.

Race At Work (Season 3)

I produced and edited season 3 of Race At Work, which is now part of the Diversity Explained network.

Guests in season 3 include: New York Time’s EVP Jacqueline Welch, NHL’s senior EVP Kim Davis, Wellesley College’s President Dr. Paula A. Johnson and Ancestry’s Deb Liu, just to name a few.

Product to Product (Season 5, 6, 7, 8)
Product to Product is a Roadmunk podcast that talks all things product management. Amy's responsible from ideation to the content going live, starting with: pitching the idea, chasing the guests, conducting pre-interviews, the idea management of talking points with guests, writing briefs and social copy, booking recordings, hosting, editing the episode and finally distribution.

The guest list includes executives + leaders from: Google, Alexa Identity (Amazon), Looker, Spotify, Shopify, Duolingo, Hinge, Bumble, Box etc.
