Writing
I’m open to writing: enterprise stories, profiles and stories related to pop culture, food and entertainment. A lot of my writing has been focused on food and the Asian American experience. You can peruse my published clips here.
I’m also experienced in content marketing and strategy for B2B SaaS companies. I’m well versed in tech jargon and understand how to use analytics and tooling for insights and improvement.
Other
I’m also open to: video productions in a producer and editor role. (I’ve pitched and launched new shows for the a national newsroom, scripted the show, presented as talent and edited on Premiere.)
I’m looking to: take on more speaking engagements as well as hosting gigs. I’m able to speak on topics like the Asian American identity, being a journalist of colour in Canadian media, marketing/podcasting in SaaS, pop culture and entertainment (both in North America and Taiwan, Hong Kong and China.), just to name a few.
In addition to English, I’m a native Mandarin and Cantonese speaker.
